(Re)Build and Rise completely changed the way I move and connect with my body.
What I expected to be a strengthening class turned into a full-body reset in the best possible way. From the very beginning, the class created a space that felt supportive, uplifting, and deeply empowering — the kind of environment that reminds women just how powerful their bodies truly are.
I walked in expecting a workout, but I left with a completely different relationship to movement, breathing, and core connection. Through the intentional focus on pelvic floor engagement, breathing mechanics, and functional strength, I finally had that “Oh THAT’S how it's supposed to work” moment. For the first time, I could actually feel what proper muscle coordination and movement were supposed to feel like instead of just going through the motions. It truly was learning what “right” feels like.
The pelvic floor work alone was a complete game changer for me — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. I learned how to properly breathe through movements, engage my core with intention, and move in a way that felt strong, stable, and connected. Everything finally started to click. It felt like I was reconnecting with my strength and discovering a level of body awareness I didn’t even realize I was missing. It helped that I was able to stop leaking, and avoid the embarrassment that comes with it.
What makes this class so special is that it goes far beyond fitness. It’s not about pushing harder or moving weights — it’s about movement with intention,understanding your body, and building strength from the inside out. The focus on core connection beyond crunches and functional strength with real body awareness helped me move with more confidence in everyday life, not just during workouts.
A huge part of what made this experience so impactful was Amanda herself. Her knowledge, experience, and genuine care for every single person in the class were evident in every session. She has an incredible ability to meet women exactly where they are without judgment, creating an environment that feels safe, encouraging, and empowering all at once. She made me feel like I could do anything!
Amanda took the time to truly help each of us understand and connect with our bodies. She was patient, gentle, and deeply intentional in the way she coached. If one cue or movement pattern didn’t click right away, she would thoughtfully adjust, modify, or completely reframe her approach until she found a way to connect with each and every one of us. You could genuinely feel her desire to help us succeed, heal, and grow stronger — not just physically, but in confidence too.
Every session felt empowering, educational, and honestly FUN. I now can move with more confidence, more awareness, and so much more appreciation for what my body can do. (Re)Build and Rise gave me confidence through movement and helped me experience empowered movement from the inside out.
This class is truly where movement finally makes sense. It’s stronger, smarter movement that teaches women how to trust their bodies again, creating connection, coordination, and confidence every step of the way. Amanda is absolutely amazing, and I would gladly sign up for any class she offers again in a heartbeat. Every woman deserves this kind of foundation, men too!
